There is generally no minimum order amount. However, there are minimum order amounts that you must reach if you wish to save on shipping costs. The shipping costs for each country are summarised under Shipping conditions.
Voucher and discount codes can be redeemed in your basket or at the checkout under ‘Apply discount code’.
The payment methods vary according to country. You can find a summary of them under Payment methods.
Within Switzerland, we accept purchases on account for orders up to CHF 200. Any outstanding invoices must be settled before we can ship a new order purchased on account.

Orders cannot be changed, expedited, deleted or merged after they have been processed. This is because our shipping process is largely automated.
Returns will only be accepted if you have contacted us to arrange this, and must include all accessories and a copy of the invoice enclosed.
